At Craigavon Judo Club we try and encourage parents to also take part or have a keen interest in Judo, the sport which you child is taking part in.

Besides keeping fit and having some fun along the way, you will learn most of the techniques and terminology that your child is also learning on their club nights with us.

These courses will help you to understand what your child is doing and talking about when they come home.  It should also help you to help your children keep a keen interest in the sport of judo and again have a bit of fun together while practicing, learning or revising new techniques.

Its not hard parents, come on show the young ones you can do it as well.
